CMR Korea is a subsidiary of CMR S.A and has been focusing on automation system of marine over 40 years. Our company was established as a joint venture and accepted technical cooperation with CMR S.A. CMR Korea, established in 1986, has made various sensors, CCTV and communication equipment for ships. We have constantly researched and developed new products, and believe our company is the leader in the field of marine communication system.
After establishing research center attached to a enterprise in 1998, We cooperate with Nippon Hakuyo Electricity in Japan, Elcon in Denmark, etc. and 3 universities including Marine University in Busan. On October 1999, ISO 9001 (DNV) quality management systems was approved by institution and we're realizing quality management.
Surely to develop new technology was to be nominated as a venture corporation on March 2003 while developing inside-explosion CCTV System in domestic first time. This September, we received Industry Minister prize award at medium and small enterprises technology reform in DaeJon.
October 2004 by Parts specialty enterprise and December 2004 by Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund to good technology estimation enterprise, it was chosen for technical innovation medium and small enterprises (Inno-Biz) on May 2005.
Specially, present, VOYAGE DATA RECORDER (do VDR - Voyage recording device), AIS (vessel self identification device), ICS ( Integrated Communication System : Vessel integrated system ) Torsional Vibration Monitor (vessel vibration monitoring system), Engine Telegraph (vessel engine moving stop and arrester hook), Auto Telephone Exchange (shipping telephone exchange device) Start Box and Tacho-module (vessel engine action control).
There is in commercialization phase completing Anemometer (Ultra Sonic Type, vessel wind vane and anemometer), single line watch of signal electric power line.
