1959 Date of CMR ’s creation in Marseille (France).
1982 First licence granted to company E.N.I. in Spain.
1984 Creation of the first CMR subsidiary in Singapore : CMR FAR EAST.
1984 Creation of the second subsidiary in United Kingdom : CMR UK.
1988 CMR is bought by CORECI group who is specialized in Industrial Instrumentation.
1990 Second licence granted to Yunnan Factories in Peoples Republic of China.
1991 Creation of the third subsidiary in Korea :
CMR KOREA.
1992 Third licence granted to SCHROEDER Industries in U.S.A.
1994 Installation in a new factory located in the Technopole de Château Gombert in Marseille.
1996 Development of a new activity : manufacturing of Switchboards after purchasing of Electrical Link by CMR Far East. Creation of a new department in CMR S.A : The « SERVICE » department.
1997 The CORECI group becomes CORINS INDUSTRIES.
1998 CMR settles a new organization orientated by activities.
1999 The promising US marked lead the Company to set-up in Pittsburgh (PA) CMR-SCHROEDER LLC.
2000 Continuing its expansion plans, CMR set-up its German subsidiary CMR-AUTRONIC Hamburg, providing all CMR Services to both markets OEM and Marine.
 
2001

Setting up of CMR TUNISIA, now the subcontracting center for manufacturing of harnesses, pipes and sensors for the whole CMR Group.
