Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Specialist in instrumentation, control and automation systems for industry, energy, nuclear, marine and offshore, the CMR Group, whose head office is located in Marseille, has more than 800 employees. with an international presence through our subsidiaries in Tunisia, United Kingdom, Singapore, USA, China, India and South Korea. Our products, designed and manufactured according to rigorous continuous improvement processes, meet the most demanding quality standards.
Our customers include the largest manufacturers of industrial engines and rotating machinery as well as owners of capital goods. We are also developing an offer for the renewable energy sector, from solar panels and hydropower plants.
As part of its growth and the expansion of the company, CMR wishes to change the organization of the secretarial and general services division.
We are therefore looking for an Assistant Administrati(f/ve) (M/F).
The position is to be filled at the head office, in Marseille, as soon as possible.
Position and missions :
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be mainly in charge of the administrative management.
You will also assist the Office Manager on her missions and projects.
Main activities :
You will work with CMR France and Group employees as well as the management on the following missions
o Management of meetings and meeting rooms
o Expense report management
o Management of contracts and follow-up of services (travel agency, car rental, subscriptions)
o Management of travels for the management team when needed (reservation and planning -VISA, hotels, entry conditions, etc.)
o Updating of communication documents relevant to administrative and facilities management department (on the intranet, distribution of documents and process updates)
o Ordering supplies
o Assisting management team (initiating meetings, organizing team breakfasts/meals, writing reports/meetings)
o Follow-up of company cars (CT, maintenance, consumption)
o Internal event assistance (Christmas and Halloween parties, quality of life at work week, annual seminars and team building, afterworks, etc. )
Skills and knowledge :

- Windows suite
- Telephone and physical reception
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Written English
You have a higher education degree (BAC +2) in assistance, and you have a first experience in the same type of function.
Your interpersonal skills, your ability to listen, your organization and your ability to manage priorities will be essential elements for this position. You are also recognized for your synthetic spirit and your team spirit.
