The position is based at our headquarters in Marseille, it is to be filled as soon as possible.
Position and missions
Design office engineer position in the field of sensors and small electronic systems for customers in the fields of energy, industry and the navy.
- Participate in the form of a project in the development, technical design and development of new products.
- Participate in the improvement of existing products while respecting cost, quality and deadline constraints.
Your job-related activities:
Develop preliminary projects to respond to calls for tenders in partnership with the Purchasing department and project managers.
Carry out technical studies (overall and detailed plans) in collaboration with the Methods & Industrialization department.
3D modeling in Creo
Write validation documentation for the developed products
Define qualification tests and monitor prototypes
Ensure communication with cross-functional departments (Methods, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management)
Profile sought and skills
Mechanical engineer training with 5 years of experience or a GMP DUT with 10 to 15 years of experience
Currently holding a degree in mechanical engineering, you are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and are comfortable with computer tools.
You are fluent in English and ideally another language.
Knowledge of the nuclear industry would be a plus.
Mastery of CAD modeling software such as Creo, CATIA, Solidworks is essential.
The candidate will preferably have an interest in the industrial field.
Your dynamism and your desire to learn will allow you to be involved in different subjects, thus allowing you to acquire real experience.
