Position and missions

We are looking for a work-study Marketing Officer based in Marseille – Château Gombert. It is possible to start work-study from July 2022 or start with an internship now, with the possibility of a work-study contract or a fixed-term contract depending on the profile.
Assist the Management in the elaboration and development of marketing, sales and communication strategies.

Main activities
- Propose improvements to develop the marketing function at CMR;
- Contribute to developing the visibility and notoriety of the company, in particular by developing relations with the press, by emphasizing the company's presence at events and by developing publications on our LinkedIn page/website and other social networks to be identified ;
- Participate in the production of internal and external communication media (articles, press releases, updating the website) and commercial (goodies, posters, brochures, videos, etc.) in collaboration with the various service providers (printers, graphic designers, agency website…);
- Animate mailing campaigns and satisfaction surveys;
- Participate in the organization of internal or external events;
- Carry out market analyzes with the sales teams.

Required profile

Currently in training at a Business School or University with a specialization in marketing and/or communication, you have the soul of an entrepreneur and want to actively contribute to the development of the Marketing function at CMR to support the growth of the Group.
You want to quickly take on responsibilities and you have the autonomy and motivation necessary for this.
Your ability to propose ideas and take initiatives will allow you to be at the heart of issues and decisions and thus gain real experience and legitimacy.
You ideally have a first experience in the industrial or energy sector or at least a strong interest in these sectors and in B to B marketing.

Skills and knowledges

- Mastery of marketing methods and concepts (market research, product launch plan, customer satisfaction, social media animation)
- Mastery of digital tools used in marketing (Google Suite, MailChimp, SEO) in addition to the Office Pack
- Writing skills
Contract information
- Start date of the contract: from the month of summer 2022 (or before if internship)
- Duration of the contract: 6 months if internship / 12 months if work-study or CDD
- Working hours: 35 hours per week - flexible hours with telework 1 or 2 days per week possible depending on profile
- Apprenticeship or professionalization contract (possibility of internship or fixed-term contract depending on profile)
