Message from the president
Yves Barraquand, CEO of CMR Group
has a message for you.
Innovation for renewable energies and the environment
At the end of 2021, CMR Group
embarked on a new chapter in its history: it acquired
Procaly, a company specialised in wiring, cabling and boxes for the railway and defence industries, thus increasing its total number of employees worldwide to over 1000.
The high quality of Procaly's management, together with the geographical and professional links between our groups and the prospects for growth in the railway industry were what persuaded us to make this acquisition. Working alongside CMR Group, Procaly's teams will be able to draw on exceptional skills in design and cabling systems engineering, and begin a cycle of strong sales growth.
CMR Group continued to innovate throughout 2021; within the framework of a European project, the
Gas Niris sensor concept has been successfully tested for measuring hydrogen in natural gas.
This paves the way for a new family of sensors serving the energy transition.
We were able to deliver strong growth in volumes, despite the major disruptions encountered, and we managed to make 2021 a year during which many records were broken.
This success is underpinned by the
unfailing contribution and commitment of our teams.
Let's discuss your project together
