Position and missions
We are offering a work-study contract as a Quality Assurance Officer (M/F) based in Marseille Château Gombert. The role involves contributing to the provision and ensuring the compliance of quality documentation for projects and manufactured products, primarily in the nuclear sector, to guarantee product quality and adherence to customer requirements.
The position is available immediately.
Your main responsibilities:
• Provide the required quality documentation for orders.
• Contribute to the improvement of our processes by conducting internal audits and technical controls.
• Carry out QHSE communication and awareness-raising activities with staff.
• Assist the Level 2 Quality Manager with projects related to monitoring and resolving internal non-conformities linked to products and processes.
• Assist the Level 2 Nuclear Product and Project Quality Manager with the management of the documentation system.
• Manage and maintain the skills matrices.
• Report on your activities to the QHSE Manager.
Your skills and knowledge:
• Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations, including those specific to the nuclear sector.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools (FMEA, SWOT) and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of auditing techniques. ISO 19011 certification is a plus.
• Professional English required.
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
Excellent interpersonal skills, primarily within the company, to raise staff awareness of QHSE requirements and to communicate with different departments regarding complaint handling, non-conformity management, and the improvement of internal processes. An organized, meticulous, and motivated individual.
Contract details:
• One or two-year apprenticeship contract starting in September 2026
• Location: Marseille
