Position and missions
As part of the development of our Power Solutions (PS) division, we are offering you a work-study contract as Project Coordination Assistant and Sales Director for the Power Solutions Division at our headquarters in Marseille, Technopole de Château-Gombert, to assist the Administrative and Project Coordination Manager in the daily monitoring of business, deliveries, and the management of customer and supplier orders.
Duration: 1 or 2 years depending on the program
Desired start date: September 2025
Position and responsibilities:
Under the supervision of your tutor, your main responsibilities will be :
Sales support and order management:
• Creation and updating of customer accounts in the ERP
• Assistance with entering and tracking customer orders
• Participation in issuing acknowledgments and verifying deadlines
• Monitoring order progress and internal reminders
• Participation in invoicing and tracking customer payments
Logistics support and coordination:
• Participation in monitoring deliveries and transportation (reservations, quotes, shipment tracking)
• Administrative monitoring of transportation and customs documents
Purchasing and subcontracting support:
• Entry of purchase requests in the ERP
• Follow-up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deadlines
• Monitoring administrative receipts and verifying delivery notes
Contribution to the management of Power Solutions projects:
• Assistance with updating dashboards (deliveries, invoicing, current orders)
• Preparation of documents for project progress meetings
• Participation in the drafting or formatting of internal reports
Desired profile:
• Student with a 4-year degree in commerce, purchasing, management, logistics, or business administration
• Comfortable with office tools (Excel, Outlook) – prior experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Organizational skills, thoroughness, and responsiveness
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Interest in working in an international industrial environment
