Position and missions

We are offering an apprenticeship contract as a Supply Chain & Project Management Assistant (1, 2, or 3 years) at our headquarters in Marseille, Château-Gombert Technopole. Your role will involve managing the administrative aspects of customer orders and projects, from start to finish, ensuring that customer requirements are met while adhering to internal and external procedures.

A background in administrative, logistics, and purchasing management would be an asset.

Your main responsibilities will be related to monitoring and progressing projects within the Power Solutions division of CMR Group (marine and hydraulic activities):

• Participate in and ensure the smooth progress of projects with stakeholders:
 Purchasing and supply departments for managing raw materials and subcontractors,
 Administrative department for order management,
 Logistics department for managing transportation (clients and subcontractors)
• Ensure team coordination and adherence to deadlines
• Ensure the smooth flow of information between stakeholders
• Ensure customer satisfaction


Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Administration and Project Coordination Manager, you will work closely with buyers and procurement specialists to:
• Identify suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Ensure the supply of raw materials while guaranteeing delivery times
• Process purchase requests
• Monitor production
• Participate in the administrative follow-up of customer orders: order entry, issuing delivery notes, invoices, etc.
• Organize transport with subcontractors and customers
• Represent the customer internally
• Ensure compliance with deadlines (supply, production, logistics)
• Inform the relevant departments in case of delays
Knowledge and Skills:
• Operations and flow management techniques
• Microsoft 365
• ERP (Engineering Resource Planning)
• Customer relations
• Written and spoken English

You are known for your interpersonal skills and organizational abilities. You are autonomous and proactive.

Your dynamism and eagerness to learn will allow you to be involved in various subjects, thus enabling you to acquire real experience.
