Position and missions
We are looking for an Office Manager Assistant M/F on a fixed-term contract to cover a leave of absence, based in Marseille Château Gombert. The role involves performing administrative tasks and relaying information (emails, memos, calls, etc.) to facilitate communication between internal and external clients.

Main responsibilities:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area, meeting rooms, and cafeteria on a daily basis.
• Answering the telephone.
• Welcoming visitors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Make hotel and/or transportation reservations.
• Format various administrative documents.
• Enter purchase requests.
• Process supply orders for the French entity and for internal events.
• Assist the office manager with internal events.
• Monitor the progress of internal events (planning, invoice management, venue research, ideas, restaurants, event organization, communication management, order preparation).

Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:

Proficiency in professional English.
Good communication skills with internal and external clients.
The ability to suggest ideas for organizing internal events.
A strong sense of service

Contract Information:
• Fixed-term contract.
• Salary: Based on profile and experience.
• Working hours: 35 hours/week
• Location: Marseille
