Job Description

Responsible for managing and optimizing product technical data within our ERP system. The role involves close collaboration with technical, production, and quality teams to ensure the reliability of information and the smooth execution of industrial processes.

Main Responsibilities

Define the list of raw materials specific to each product (bill of materials) based on customer drawings and specifications.
Manage technical changes by ensuring the update and maintenance of product bills of materials and routings in the ERP.
Create items, bills of materials, and routings in the ERP system.
Implement new improvements to the finished product bills of materials.
Build and maintain raw material databases by customer.
Perform technical comparisons between components to identify possible alternatives.
Contribute to cost-reduction projects through technical optimization of components and processes.
Develop and implement methods and procedures aimed at eliminating operational issues and improving service quality.

Required Qualifications

Dynamic, rigorous, and well-organized.
Autonomous with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage and follow a work schedule.
Proficiency in technical English.
Good understanding of industrial environments and ERP systems.

Desired Profile

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial IT, or equivalent.
A first experience in an industrial environment or with an ERP system is an asset.
