Position and missions
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer for a permanent position based in Marseille Château Gombert to manage the operational aspects of human resources for the site (75 employees).

Main Activities
- Working in tandem with our HR Officer based in Lyon, ensure the production of payroll outsourced to ADP (entering variable data, verifying payslips, monitoring declarations, transmitting data to accounting, updating reports, etc.).
- Manage time and attendance (monitoring cycles, correcting errors, tracking annualized hours, overtime).

- Manage personnel administration (contracts and amendments, monitoring medical appointments, health insurance, social security declarations, etc.) as well as creating and updating employee files.
- Prepare operations related to profit-sharing and contributions to the Employee Savings Plan (PEE) and Collective Retirement Savings Plan (PERCOL). - Support managers and their teams in maintaining their skill levels by proposing and organizing training programs (developing and implementing training plans, managing training files, and applying for funding).
- Manage recruitment from needs assessment to onboarding, including drafting and updating job descriptions and job classifications according to the metalworking industry classification system.
- Assist the HR Director in managing employee relations (organizing meetings, preparing agendas, updating the Economic and Social Database, elections, etc.).
- Participate in updating company agreements and practices, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual frameworks..


Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
With a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, management, or HR, you have significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in an HR generalist role, with a knack for versatility that will allow you to be involved in various projects.

You are motivated to join a dynamic human resources department in a demanding industrial and international environment.
You are organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. You have an aptitude for operational and administrative tasks, as well as the rigor necessary to independently implement and monitor processes related to outsourced payroll and to draft contractual documents. Knowledge of the industrial sector and the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry would be an asset.

Skills and Knowledge
- Mastery of the employer's legal obligations regarding payroll and personnel administration.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of payroll/time management software.

Contract Information
- Salary: €35,000 to €45,000 gross per year (13 months), including bonus.

- Working Hours: Fixed number of days worked per year, part-time possible, remote work possible 1 to 2 days per week after the probationary period.

- Location: Marseille.
