Position and missions
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to participate in the development of digital HR tools such as e-learning using AI and to assist the HR team with personnel administration, payroll management, recruitment and training.


Main Activities
- - Perform administrative tasks related to employee files, recruitment, training, and payroll.

- Conduct interviews with employees or candidates.

- Prepare payroll information.

- Prepare communication materials.

- Develop e-learning courses.


Profile / Required Skills

ADP, Talentsoft, Copilote IA, Heygen, Canva
Knowledge of an international industrial environment, ideally in cabling and/or sensors.


Contract Information
- - Salary: Negotiable

- Working hours: 35 hours/week, with the possibility of remote work 1 to 2 days per week after the probationary period.

- Work location: Marseille.
