IT Technician

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary an IT Technician.

The main mission is to ensure the proper functioning, availability, and support of the site's IT infrastructure, while contributing to the management of IT equipment, end users, and both local and corporate IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities :

- Provide technical assistance and support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and IT equipment.
- Participate in the administration of Windows servers and the Active Directory environment.
- Contribute to the management of the local network and related equipment.
- Manage and monitor IT assets, software licenses, and consumables.
- Participate in IT infrastructure deployment and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of information systems.

Desired profile:

- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Systems & Networks, or a related field.
- Initial experience in an IT environment or end-user support is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration and user account management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, cabling, network connectivity).
- Basic knowledge of Windows server administration and backup management.
- Familiarity with workstations, printers, and IT hardware.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
