To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a:

Lean Technician Designer/CAO-DAO

Continuous Improvement:

- Systematically seek improvement opportunities for the company: efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Support project leaders in their work.
- Participate in process design.
- Disseminate Lean standards and ensure their compliance.
- Coordinate improvement projects.
- Manage factory display.
- Update procedures related to Lean.
- Lead VSM (Value Stream Mapping) projects.
- Contribute to improving general working conditions.
- Perform any action assigned by the hierarchy within the framework of the mission.

General Works:

- Plan construction and maintenance actions according to needs while developing work plans.
- Supervise teams responsible for carrying out the work, ensuring they have the resources and skills necessary to complete their tasks on time and meet quality and safety standards.
- Select and supervise subcontractors for specialized work and ensure these subcontractors meet the company's quality, safety, and timing requirements.
- Identify opportunities for savings or cost optimization.
- Manage purchase requests on AX.
- Design workstations.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, plan regular inspections, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to ensure the building's good condition.

Profile:

- Diploma of a technician in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields with 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with external service providers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
