Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

CMR new product design and validation, with a focus on control cabinets

Technical transfer of CMR group products, focusing on control cabinets, and technical communication with other companies within the group

Develop product test specifications and lead testing for new products and materials

Manage bill of materials (BOM) and provide technical support to other departments

Lead new product prototyping and project tracking, and transfer relevant documentation to production upon completion

Lead product design changes

Manage design-related technical archives and documentation

Participate in the company's quality management system

Assist in the development and compilation of the company's engineering management regulations

Assist customers in problem analysis and support on-site issue resolution

Other tasks assigned by superiors

Professional Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in mechanical design, familiar with relevant application scenarios of control cabinets

Experience in mechanical design of control cabinets, having led new product design for high-voltage control cabinets and participated in technical communication with customers

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes

CET-4 or above, capable of reading and writing in English, with basic conversational skills

Proficient in Auto-CAD and 3D design software; Creo design software experience is a plus

Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management processes is preferred; mastery of product development tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA is a plus
