Process Quality Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
- Use and master problem-solving tools and CORE TOOLS to improve processes and quality.
- Conduct and coordinate process and manufacturing audits.
- Manage conflict situations and provide effective support to teams to achieve objectives.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
- Lead and support change initiatives within the organization.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting on quality performance.
- Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Train and raise awareness among teams on quality standards and problem analysis tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure product and process compliance.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools.
- Mastery of CORE TOOLS.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Mastery of problem analysis tools (QRQC, 8D, etc.).
- Proficiency in reporting tools.
- Knowledge of QUALIPRO is a plus.
- Mastery of process and manufacturing audits, as well as manufacturing processes.
Profile Sought:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in quality preferred.
- Significant professional experience of 10 years, preferably in the cabling industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven competence in managing conflict situations.
