General mission(s) and purpose :
As Production Manager, you will be in charge of the entire production perimeter and its performance.
Description of activities
- Analyze and set up the necessary capacity according to internal production orders (OF) and anticipate forecasts from various customers.
- Make proposals/anticipate/budget for production-related investments.
- Manage and monitor the production and control of manufacturing orders according to the production schedule.
- Compliance with procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with customer commitments in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost.
- Report on progress against schedule and given production targets.
- Daily analysis of production monitoring indicators (scorecards, waste rate, breakdown rate and downtime, Adherence Planning Vs Actual, productivity).
- Monitor internal non-conformities and actions taken
- Manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Plan operator training to ensure that the skills of production staff match requirements
- Lead and direct teams and continuously improve performance
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations on the shop floor

- Stock and warehouse management

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least one managerial experience
- Mastery of pack office & ERP
- Engineering degree required
- English: written and B1 comprehension required
