Production Quality Technician

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a Production Quality Technician

Your main mission will be to ensure product and manufacturing process compliance while guaranteeing the application of quality, safety, and environmental requirements. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality performance within the production unit.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer specifications and technical drawings.
- Prepare inspection instructions in accordance with customer requirements.
- Update quality dashboards and performance indicators.
- Validate test programs and testing equipment.
- Monitor quality indicators on a daily basis and analyze detected non-conformities.
- Propose, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and provide regular reporting to the QSE Manager and Production Unit Manager.
- Facilitate QRQC meetings and coordinate quality action plans.
- Ensure the proper application of non-conforming product management procedures.
- Audit manufacturing processes and verify compliance with established control plans.
- Raise awareness among teams regarding QSE and HSE requirements, as well as the Group’s values.
- Participate in the validation of products, inspection fixtures, and crimping tools assigned to the production unit.

Requirments:

- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as QRQC, Pareto, Ishikawa, FTA, and MRPG.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and customer requirements and translate them into inspection instructions.

Desired profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality function within an industrial environment.
- Experience in wiring harness, automotive, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead meetings, raise awareness among teams, and support change management initiatives.
