As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a Production Team Leader
The main mission will be to organize, coordinate, and lead a team of operators in order to ensure the achievement of production objectives in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
Responsibilities
-Organize and coordinate production activities (planning, scheduling, launch)
-Ensure preparation, assembly, and inspection operations according to the production plan
-Allocate resources (human and material) and define production priorities
-Monitor production rates and performance indicators
-Set up dashboards and report to the Production Manager
-Ensure component availability and manage production issues (material shortages, reallocation, rescheduling, etc.)
-Supervise and lead the team of operators on a daily basis
-Assign tasks in accordance with supervisor instructions
-Lead daily production meetings
-Ensure training and onboarding of new operators
-Monitor internal non-conformities and corrective actions
-Track scrap, breakage, and waste indicators
-Ensure compliance with 5S standards
-Enforce safety, environmental, and internal procedures
Requirements:

-Sense of responsibility
-Awareness of HSE requirements and continuous improvement practices
Desired profile:
-Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree in production management, logistics
-Initial experience in an industrial environment is preferred
-Good knowledge of production processes
-Knowledge of quality and safety standards
