CMR Tunisia is seeking its future "Purchaser."

The primary mission will be to support the sales team and ensure efficient processing of orders, contracts, and administrative activities related to sales. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating activities between different internal departments and ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring stock levels are optimal to meet demand.

- Evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.

- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, sales, and logistics, to anticipate needs and address potential issues.

- Use stock management systems to ensure optimal data accuracy.

- Manage delivery flows and monitor delivery times to ensure a constant availability of products.

- Monitor the execution of the purchase contract.

- Develop the procurement plan.

- Ensure compliance with the delivery schedule.

- Place replenishment orders.

- Calculate the supplier service rate.

- Optimize order calculation and placement.

- Optimize logistical costs.

Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Production Management, or Supply Chain.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- In-depth knowledge of stock management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
