CMR Tunisia is seeking its future "Purchaser."

The primary mission will be to support the sales team and ensure efficient processing of orders, contracts, and administrative activities related to sales. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating activities between different internal departments and ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze procurement requirements and place purchase orders with suppliers.
-Monitor purchase orders, order acknowledgements, and delivery schedules.
-Update delivery information and ensure data accuracy and reliability within company systems.
-Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
-Track recovery plans and implement the necessary actions to secure supply continuity.
-Manage requests for order postponements or cancellations while optimizing inventory levels.
-Follow up with suppliers proactively and anticipate potential supply shortages or disruptions.
-Participate in supplier meetings in collaboration with the Purchasing team.
-Analyze supply chain performance indicators and recommend continuous improvement actions.
-Collaborate with technical teams to monitor material alternatives and manage deviation requests when applicable.

Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Production Management, or Supply Chain.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- In-depth knowledge of stock management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
