CMR Tunisia is seeking its future "Purchaser."

The primary mission will be to support the sales team and ensure efficient processing of orders, contracts, and administrative activities related to sales. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating activities between different internal departments and ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze procurement requirements and place purchase orders with suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders, order acknowledgements, and delivery lead times.
- Update delivery data and ensure the accuracy of information in the systems.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the smooth transportation of goods.
- Monitor recovery plans and implement the necessary actions to secure supply continuity.
- Process requests for order postponements or cancellations with a focus on inventory optimization.
- Manage supplier follow-ups and anticipate potential supply shortages.
- Participate in supplier meetings in collaboration with Purchasing teams.
- Analyze procurement performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on material alternatives and potential deviations.

Profile:

- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
