Position and missions
As part of a replacement, we are seeking a QHSE Manager (M/F) on a fixed-term contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to guarantee the quality of products and services, as well as the safety of personnel and equipment, in order to prevent quality or safety risks and ensure that nuclear safety is not compromised by other priorities.
The position is available in Marseille, as soon as possible.
Main activities :
Develop the company's QHSE management system in collaboration with management.
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and evolution of the management system, guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards (9001; 14001; 45001; 19443; Ex ISO/IEC 80079-34).
• Prepare for customer or certification audits and monitor action plans to correct any discrepancies.
• Develop indicator tracking systems (complaints, environmental) to manage and improve processes.
• Supervise incoming component and final product inspection stages.
• Investigate defects or problems and propose corrective action plans.
• Raise employee awareness of quality, safety, and environmental requirements and the challenges of nuclear safety.
• Establish prevention plans.
• Monitor and update the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER).
Skills and knowledge:
• Proficiency in QHSE tools: root cause analysis, risk analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement.
• Professional English preferred
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, primarily internally, to raise staff awareness of QHSE requirements, communicate with various departments regarding complaint handling, non-conformity management, and internal process improvement, and inform management about the performance of the QHSE Management System by preparing for management reviews. Externally, this role involves representing the QHSE department and the company during audits and communicating with clients, suppliers, and external organizations on matters of quality, safety, environment, and nuclear security.

• Working hours: 216 days/week, with the possibility of teleworking 2 days per week after the probationary period
