As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a: Sales Administration | Working hours: 12:00 – 20:00 (Tunisian time)

CMR Group is looking for a Sales Administration Officer to strengthen its Supply Chain team.
This position plays a key role in managing US customer orders, ensuring smooth logistics flow, and coordinating with global production sites.


Responsibilities:

• Manage demand, forecasts, and firm orders from US customers.

• Double-check customer part numbers and data accuracy.

• Ensure intercompany coordination with production sites (Tunisia, Mexico, India).

• Handle the full order process: acknowledgments, shipments, invoicing, and customer communication.

• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to secure on-time deliveries.

• Manage direct deliveries to US customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar sales administration role

• Knowledge of ERP AX (preferred)

• Fluent English (daily communication with US teams).

• Spanish is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and communication abilities.

• Availability to work 12:00 – 20:00 (Tunisian time).

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in multicultural teams

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales Techniques, Management, Production Management, or Supply Chain

• At least 3 years of experience

• Fluent English

• Spanish is a plus
