Position and missions
We are looking for a Supplier on a fixed-term contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to ensure the supply of raw materials mainly for the France site, in order to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and cost objectives.
Main activities :
• Procure components and materials for France according to prices negotiated by strategic buyers.
• Process purchase requests from France for amounts less than €5,000.
• Monitor orders and suppliers to ensure deadlines.
• Ensure the supply of raw materials for new projects.
• Inform the relevant departments in the event of supplier delivery delays or any other difficulties.
• Evaluate supplier performance (OTD, On Time Deliveries in particular).
• Check inventory levels.
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
• Basic knowledge of commercial law
• Knowledge of customs and freight transport regulations.
• Fluency in English.
• Communication and interaction with supply chain, technical, quality, accounting, and sales departments.Communication and interaction with suppliers.
Contract information:
• Fixed-Term contract (minimum until the end of November 2025)
• Remuneration according to profile and experience.
• Working hours : 35h/week
• Place of work: Marseille.
