UAP Control Manager (Autonomous Production Unit)
Mission:
As a UAP Control Manager (Autonomous Production Unit), you will lead a production unit of 150 employees. A true conductor, you will be responsible for operational performance, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and controlling costs within your scope.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a production team of approximately 150 people.
• Ensure production schedules are managed and respected.
• Oversee production rates and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with QCD constraints (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Contribute to the optimization of ergonomics and workspace organization.
• Manage unexpected issues and shifting priorities with responsiveness and efficiency.
• Propose improvements in organization, productivity, and logistics.
• Maintain and improve existing procedures and monitoring tools.
• Support new recruits through training and coaching activities.
Requirements:
• Strong command of Lean Management principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in IT tools and ERP software.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English
Profile:
• Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, or materials engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills, good listener, and team builder.
• Rigorous, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Immediate availability.
