Customer Quality Engineer

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a Customer Quality Engineer.

The main mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by leading customer complaint management, non-conformity resolution, and the deployment of corrective and preventive actions, while managing CAC teams and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities :

-Handle, analyze, and follow up on customer complaints.
-Lead problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using quality methodologies (8D, QRQQC, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
-Define, coordinate, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure their effectiveness.
-Serve as the quality interface with intercompany customers and address product- and performance-related quality requirements.
-Monitor quality performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and lead associated action plans.
-Manage, coach, and develop CAC teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-Supervise quality control activities and provide technical support to teams in complex situations.
-Ensure effective management and follow-up of internal non-conformities.
-Lead the management of CMRT declarations and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
-Ensure compliance and traceability of operations related to customer returns.
-Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of quality processes.
-Promote a culture of quality, safety, and performance across teams.

Requirments:

-Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools and quality methodologies (8D, QRQQC, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
-Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
-Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards; familiarity with UL requirements is considered an asset.
-Experience in customer complaint handling and non-conformity management.
-Ability to analyze quality data and lead cross-functional action plans.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired profile:

-Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
-Previous experience in team management is highly desirable.
-Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
-Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
