Job Description:

In an industrial and international environment, you will be responsible for the entire human resources scope and its performance. You will be based at the Vourles site, which has approximately thirty employees, and you will also be involved in the HR policy of the Tunisian site, which has 130 employees.

Main Activities:

- Working in tandem with our HR Manager based in Marseille, you will be responsible for payroll processing (using ADP software): data entry, payslip verification, reporting follow-up, data transmission to accounting, reporting updates, etc.

- Time management: monitoring cycles, correcting errors, tracking annualized hours, and overtime.

- Personnel administration: contracts and amendments, monitoring medical appointments, health insurance, social security declarations, and creating and updating employee files.

- Provide daily support to managers and their teams
- Facilitate training sessions as outlined in the training plan
- Participate in site team-building events
- Participate in ongoing site recruitment
- Manage temporary staffing as needed for production

Desired Profile:
With a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Management, or HR, you have significant and successful experience in a generalist HR role with payroll expertise.

Fixed-term contract from July 2026 to January 2027, summer leave accepted
