Reporting to Stéphane Lorenzi, Human Resources Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
Position and Duties
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern based in Marseille – Château Gombert.
Your main mission will be to contribute to personnel management and the provision of human resources and skills necessary for the smooth running of CMR.
Main Activities
• Management and deployment of the 2026 Skills Development Plan:
Complete organization and monitoring of training, including regulatory and professional training.
• Preparation of the BDESE (Economic and Social Database):
Participate in the updating and optimization of this essential tool for monitoring social information. • Communication on the Holivia mental health tool:
Regularly manage and facilitate communication around this employee well-being tool to promote a healthy work environment.
• Monthly organizational chart updates:
Ensure the company's organizational chart is updated.

You are independent, rigorous, and organized.
Your ability to propose ideas and build trusting relationships with your contacts will allow you to excel in this position. You are also proactive and have a strong team spirit.
Skills and Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources
• Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite)
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
Contract Information
- Internship start date: as soon as possible

- Working hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
