For more than 30 years, we have been designing, manufacturing, and industrializing electrical equipment integrated into the projects of our prestigious clients in the railway transportation, defense, marine, drilling, and energy sectors.

As part of strengthening our teams and the transformation of our factory, we are recruiting a Human Resources Manager whose mission will be to:
Role Overview
Ensure the proper implementation of the Group’s HR policy and the smooth operation of all HR processes at site level.

Responsibilities:

1. Personnel Administration and Payroll

Supervise personnel administration (employment contracts, employee files, absences, leave, etc.).
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of HR documentation.
Review and validate variable payroll elements.
Manage relationships with social security bodies and the health insurance provider.

2. Recruitment, Onboarding, and Skills Development

Identify staffing needs in collaboration with managers.
Manage the full recruitment process through to onboarding of new hires.
Implement the site training plan in coordination with the Group training department.
Develop and deploy training programs, including e-learning solutions.

3. Managerial Support and HR Advisory

Advise and support managers in applying HR policies and managing their teams.
Conduct individual meetings and participate in annual HR campaigns (performance reviews, salary reviews, etc.).
Identify development needs and internal mobility opportunities.

4. Employee Relations and Workplace Climate

Prepare and lead meetings with employee representatives and the CCE, in compliance with legal requirements.
Manage relationships with external bodies (Labor Inspectorate, CNSS, Employment Office, CNFCPP, etc.).
Prevent and manage individual and collective conflicts.
Promote internal communication and team cohesion.

5. HR Projects and Continuous Improvement

Actively contribute to the deployment of Group HR projects (tools, procedures, digitalization, etc.).
Propose and implement continuous improvement actions within HR processes.
Provide regular HR reporting to Group HR management.

Desired profile:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years) in Human Resources, or equivalent.
Experience:Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and the electrical/electronics collective agreement.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Soft Skills:
Leadership with strong listening and communication skills.
Rigor, discretion, and priority management.
Team spirit and results-oriented mindset.

French: mandatory
English: desirable
