Material Compliance Program Support Coordinator

Job Description

The main mission is to manage material compliance requests (REACH, RoHS, etc.) from the Group’s international customers.

You will be the first point of contact for these requests and will ensure their processing until completion, in collaboration with our external specialized partner and with the support of the Group Supplier Quality Compliance Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

Centralize material compliance requests received through the dedicated portal and forward them to the Group’s compliance expert.

Coordinate and follow up on data requests with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Extract the necessary data from the Group’s ERP system.

Update the Material Compliance database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide regular reporting on the progress of requests.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of ERP systems.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Autonomy and ability to work remotely under international supervision.

Team spirit, flexibility, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or equivalent, with initial experience preferred in an industrial environment or data management.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and strong communication skills in French and English.

Rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit are essential.

Additional Assets:

Previous experience in data management or in an industrial environment.

Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively.
