Position and missions
We are looking for a Network Systems Technician on a permanent contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to troubleshoot, install equipment and maintain the IT infrastructure in order to provide employees with the tools necessary for their work.


Main responsibilities:
• Remotely diagnose hardware or software malfunctions.
• Perform remote troubleshooting.
• Handle user incidents (Level 1 support).
• Configure a workstation to its standard operating system.
• Resolve hardware or software malfunctions.
• Identify malfunctions or anomalies.
• Register IT equipment.
• Track user incidents.
• Compare hardware and software license purchases.
• Manage user permissions.
• Create servers in a virtualized environment.
• Assist users with their use of IT equipment.
• Adapt tools to suit user needs.
• Conduct training sessions on the tools used.


Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
Knowledge of the OSI model.
Knowledge of TCP/IP (addressing/networks).
Knowledge of system and network hardware.
Knowledge of client operating systems.

Contract Information:
• Permanent contract.
• Salary: based on profile and experience.
• Working hours: 35 hours/week
• Location: Marseille
