Since November 3rd, 2025, Stanislas Heydenreich has taken over the leadership of CMR Rail & Defense, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the group.
An engineer by training, Stanislas holds a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from Université de Rennes and an MBA from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
He began his career at STMicroelectronics in R&D and Methods before joining Johnson Controls Automotive, where he spent nearly 12 years—first in engineering and later in supply chain management.
He then joined Somfy, contributing for 6 years to the transformation and scaling-up of industrial sites. In 2020, he moved to Groupe Ampère as Group Industrial Director, while simultaneously managing a production site in Romania for 3 years.
This strong and diverse industrial background—combining operational excellence, strategic vision, and leadership—has now led him to join CMR Group for an inspiring new challenge.
His experience in methods, supply chain, and production, particularly within the cabling sector, will be key to supporting and empowering the teams daily.
Driven and passionate, Stanislas is an avid trail runner, a musician for over 30 years, and someone who enjoys taking on challenges both professionally and personally.
His mantra: “move forward with energy, high standards, and enthusiasm to achieve concrete results.”
