Position and missions
• Based in Marseille Château Gombert, we are looking for an Intern attached to DSI who will devote part of their time to accounting and management with a decreasing load over time.

Main activities : Your main objective will be to focus on monitoring the IT department budget.

• Monitor contracts with IT department suppliers in order to anticipate renewals and orders in our ERP
• Organize the management of contracts by collecting and classifying associated digital documents as well as the development of monitoring files (excel)
• Align commitments (contracts) with fiscal years and billing periods (in collaboration with the chief accountant) in order to facilitate the work of IT, accounting and management services
• Bring invoicing closer to budget lines in order to optimize compliance (in collaboration with management/accounting) and alert if necessary through reporting
• Develop and maintain an inventory file to track fixed assets

Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:

Computer skills
• Mastery of office tools, Excel in particular
• Be proactive and communicate well

• IT team
• In certain cases, in support of the IT department, suppliers

Currently studying accounting and/or management, you are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and are comfortable with IT tools.
Your dynamism and desire to learn will allow you to be involved in different subjects, allowing you to gain real experience.
