Apprenticeship - HSE Missions Officer (M / F)

We count among our customers the largest manufacturers of industrial engines and rotating machines as well as owners of capital goods. We are also developing an offer intended for the renewable energies sector, coming from solar panels and hydraulic power stations.

We are looking for an Apprentice Responsible for QHSE Missions.

The apprenticeship position is based at our headquarters in Marseille.

It is to be filled from September 2021 for a period of 12 months.

Post and missions

In the context of an integrated QHSE management system, we are looking for an apprentice to provide leadership and improvement of the system:
- Improvement of process management tools (management review, process review, mapping, One page plan / action plan monitoring of one page plan actions, monitoring of KPIs).
- Start of the SharePoint platform, update the procedures and the management system.
- Work on the simplification of the documentary system (simplified process organization) to improve the QHSE documentary system and prepare the organization of EDM.

Participation in the advancement of other QHSE improvement actions (work on group processes to be integrated into the France system, integration of new processes.

Profile sought and skills

Currently in Bac + 4 / Bac + 5, in QHSE management school or equivalent, you are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you appreciate teamwork and are comfortable with IT tools.

You ideally master English or would like to have the opportunity to practice it.

The candidate will preferably have an interest in the industrial field.

Your dynamism and your desire to learn will allow you to be involved in different subjects, allowing you to gain real experience.
