Intern - QHSE Missions Manager (M / F)

Our customers include the largest manufacturers of industrial engines and rotating machinery as well as owners of capital goods. We are also developing an offer for the renewable energy sector, from solar panels and hydropower plants.

We are looking for an intern in charge of QHSE missions.

The internship is based at our headquarters in Marseille, within our QHSE team.
It is to be filled as soon as possible.

Position and missions

The purpose of the internship is to actively participate in the continuous improvement within the QHSE department of the company CMR GROUP and in particular around several axes.

- Overhaul of the Quality documentation system: audit the current system, propose a new system including its animation, pilot the implementation in collaboration with the various departments concerned and promote the new system (training, communication, internal events)

- Update of the environmental impact analysis: assess the compliance of the system in place, propose new criteria and improvements to the tool, set up a risk database, collaboration with the Group HSE team and management on CSR aspects (integration of environmental indicators in the BDESE in line with the Group's CSR strategy)

- Participation in the life of the QHSE department according to the appetites and current subjects (management of non-conformities, management of customer complaints, internal HSE audits, preparation of the ISO audit)

Profile and skills

- Organized and rigorous;
- Written and oral communication.

Currently in Bac+5 (Quality School), you are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you appreciate teamwork and are comfortable with computer tools.

You ideally master English or you wish to have the opportunity to practice it.

The intern will preferably have an interest in the industrial field.

Your dynamism and your desire to learn will allow you to be involved in different subjects, thus allowing you to acquire real experience.
