As part of our drive to strengthen our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary: Team Lead Quality Good Inspection

Mission:

As a Team Lead Quality Good Inspection, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the quality of raw materials. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality professionals to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.


Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of quality specialists dedicated to the inspection and evaluation of incoming raw materials.
- Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure raw materials comply with defined standards and specifications.
- Work closely with procurement and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Analyze inspection data, identify trends and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and non-conformities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, engineering and logistics, to quickly resolve Good Inspection issues.
- Ensure team training and development to enhance skills and know-how.

Required:

- Knowledge of ISO9001-14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
- Proficiency in QualiproXl software
- Mastery of quality tools (MRPG-QRQC-PARETO-ISHIKAWA-FTA)
- Proven experience in the field of quality, with at least 3 years' experience in team supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and raw material specifications.
- Project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile required:

- Engineering degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years' experience
- Spoken and written language: English / French.
