Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the entire supply chain of CMRT. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing stocks, production planning, and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the factory's logistics chain team to maximize service levels, minimize logistics costs, stocks, and accelerate the physical flow from suppliers to customers.
Ensure the best level of service to customers (internal and external) at a minimum cost (logistics, current stocks, and physical flows).
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise stock management, production planning, and product distribution.
Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination.
Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage a team of supply chain professionals and help them achieve their goals.

Required Qualifications:

Apply safety and environmental culture.
Master planning tools.
Mastery of the ERP system.
Mastery of transport and storage management.
Mastery of quality tools.
Ability to manage industrial relations.
Mastery of Lean manufacturing techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in English.

Profile Sought:

University degree in engineering.
Minimum 8 years of significant experience in supply chain management in the industrial sector.
Excellent understanding of production processes, planning, and inventory management.
Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
Good analytical skills for reporting or resolving issues quickly.
