As part of the expansion of our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a Team Lead Sales Administrator FR/EN.

Mission:

As a Team Lead Sales Administrator FR/EN, you will lead and supervise a team of sales administrators, playing a key role in the management and optimization of sales-related processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the team while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Managing customer accounts
- Processing and configuring customer orders and forecasts on the AX ERP
- Analyzing and confirming purchase orders
- Receiving, analyzing, and configuring order lines
- Issuing Acknowledgments of Receipt (confirmation of customer orders)
- Reporting, measuring, and monitoring Supply Chain indicators
- Processing and analyzing outstanding lines on the ERP
- Identifying the root causes of delayed lines
- Managing the delivery schedule
- Verifying intercompany prices before each export
- Managing workflows and creating commercial agreements
- Checking the preparation of the picking list on a weekly basis
- Following up on production commitments, emphasizing priorities to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Confirmed experience in a sales administration role
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams

Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Techniques, Management, Production Management, or Supply Chain
- 4 years of experience
- Spoken and written language: English is a MUST / French is a MUST
