As part of strengthening our teams, the company's growth, and digitalization, we are hiring for our Tunisian subsidiary: Warehouse Manager .

Responsibilities:

Organize the activities of receiving, storing, preparing, and distributing goods.

Organize and coordinate the preparation of production orders.

Control stocks (stock rotation...), supplies (volume, quality), and conduct inventories.

Lead the warehouse team (20 storekeepers).

Establish and monitor warehouse dashboards.

Manage all activities related to the warehouse using a dashboard composed of KPIs.

Conduct rotating inventories and the annual inventory.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental rules for clients.

Requirements:

Required Experience Level: 2 to 3 years.

Define and manage delivery priorities based on internal and external clients.

Optimize the management of goods flow.

Motivate and mobilize a team of collaborators.

Calculate storage capacities.
