CMR Group is a global manufacturing business with sites in the US, UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. The business manufactures components that are supplied into performance critical sectors such as Power Generation, Marine and Renewable Energy. CMR Group has been established for over 60 years and are key players in a global marketplace.

We are looking for HR Administrator to work at our Allegheny/Leetsdale plant.

Recruitment/Onboarding
· Posting job ads, screening applications and assisting in the interview process
· Completing reference checks, collating new starter data, carrying out induction process
Payroll and Benefits Administration
· Processing payroll, tracking vacation and sick time
· Point of contact for payroll questions and resolutions
Record Maintenance
· Maintaining a variety of HR files and databases – benefits, performance reviews, grievances
· Performing regular audits on payroll, benefits and employee documentation
Performance Review Administration
· Distribution of documentation to line managers, setting up calibration meetings, collating and recording data
· Highlight performance management and training requirements
General Duties
· Recording HR metrics such as attendance, headcount and diversity
· Point of contact for employees and co-ordinate employee engagement activities
· Support in assessing training needs, identifying internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
Person Specification
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources Discipline
· Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
· Experience of working in a global organization
· In depth knowledge of current federal and state employment law and legislation
· Possess strong interpersonal skills
· Be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, and in scenarios such as management meetings and presentations
· Have excellent time-management and prioritization skills and be able to work to deadlines
· Understanding of need to be discreet and ensure CMR mission, vision and values are upheld at all times
