Position and missions
• Based in Marseille Château Gombert, we are looking for an Intern attached to the Human Resources Department who will assist the HR team by carrying out simple tasks related to personnel administration, recruitment, training and internal communication in order to contribute to personnel management and the provision of human resources and skills necessary for the proper functioning of CMR.

Main activities :

• Carry out administrative tasks related to salary files, recruitment, training and payroll.
• Participate in recruitment, sorting CVs, attend telephone and face-to-face interviews with employees or candidates. Prepare the on boarding (arrival, first day and administrative documents).
• Ensure monitoring of employee time management with the HR Manager;
• Manage the entry and ordering of restaurant vouchers.
• Prepare communication materials.
• Participate in the complete management of the 2024 interest.

Currently a student in Human Resources management and steering, you are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and are comfortable with IT tools.
